The package price is the build. Two things can add to it: rush delivery, a flat $500 on any package, and the third-party costs you would pay anyone — your domain, hosting, and any paid plugins, fonts or stock licences. Both are itemised in the proposal before you approve anything. There is no hourly meter; the number you sign is the number you pay (why fixed price beats hourly).

Both. 48–72 hours is how fast the first design lands — the free homepage concept, or the first pass of a paid package. Fourteen days is kickoff to live for a standard site: brief, concept, build, two rounds of revisions, testing, launch. E-commerce and larger custom builds run three to six weeks. The date goes in writing, and if we miss it, the build is free.

No. The homepage concept is free and arrives before any payment. If you go ahead, a 50% deposit starts the build and the balance is due before launch. If the concept is not right, you keep it and owe nothing.

Two rounds of revisions are included in every package, and most sites are approved inside them. If we still cannot get it right, the 100% money-back guarantee applies — ask in writing within 14 days of delivery, as set out in the terms. After launch you also get 30 days of unlimited changes.

Yes. Moving from Basic to Professional, or adding pages, a booking tool or online payments, is quoted as the difference plus any new work and confirmed in writing before we proceed. Nothing you have already approved gets rebuilt.

You do. On full payment the design files, custom code and content are assigned to you, the domain and hosting sit in your own accounts, and you can take the site anywhere. The long version — including what to check in any agency's contract — is who owns your website.
